Government Modernization in Florida

The pandemic exposed serious shortcomings regarding our outdated systems but also our abilities to be inspired through a rapid call to action from tech and government leaders, advocacy groups, healthcare workers, entrepreneurs and engineers. There are numerous examples of teams getting it right and it is time to share best practices. We know it's time to take modernization more seriously and in a faster manner. The question is: Where to begin? How can we cut through the usual red tape and get things to progress faster and more efficiently? This session discusses where to focus, what to prioritize, and how to proceed.
